Hello!

My name is Braydon and I’m a builder!

Since graduating from the Creative Communications program at Red River College Polytechnic in spring 2024, I have been working at the West End BIZ as their Marketing and Communications Coordinator, where I have worn many hats, including leading a team of event coordinators and tour guides, developing marketing initiatives, and planning community-focused events. In this role, I’ve strengthened the organization’s brand identity, created engaging social media campaigns that showcase neighbourhood businesses, and developed creative materials that deliver clear and approachable messaging. I also oversee the tone and direction of our visual content, helping to foster deeper connections within the communities we serve.

Additionally, during the summer I work with the Winnipeg Goldeyes as a producer for their live radio broadcast. In this role, I support the on-air announcer by managing audio cues, integrating sponsor callouts, and ensuring all in-game advertising spots run smoothly and on time. I also assist with real-time updates, segment transitions, and technical coordination throughout the game. This experience has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, keep broadcasts organized and engaging, and contribute to a polished game-day experience for listeners.

Across my work with both the West End BIZ and the Winnipeg Goldeyes, my focus has consistently been on building better brands through clear communication, meaningful storytelling, and purposeful audience engagement. Whether I’m shaping a neighbourhood’s public image or supporting a live sports broadcast, I approach every project with the same goal: to create experiences that strengthen recognition, deepen connection, and elevate the way people understand and interact with the brand. These roles have allowed me to bring together strategy, creativity, and hands-on production, and they continue to shape how I help organizations grow their presence and impact.
